TERMS AND CONDITIONS (EMILDIFIC CUSTOMIZED JEWELRY)

PAYMENT

  • The client must deposit 50% of the total cost for the production to start. The remaining balance must be settled after the product is made. Settlement of remaining balance must not exceed 2 months. The client is also given the option to pay in full before the production. 

  • The client has the option to deposit through BDO, BPI, Gcash or Paypal. Clients must present valid proof of deposit for our confirmation so that the production can start.

DESIGN

  • No alteration of design after verbally giving a go signal or after signing Memorandum of Agreement. This is because we may have already started acquiring the gemstone, diamonds, metals, chains and other materials needed to start the piece.

PRODUCT

  • The designs are discussed and agreed upon by the designer and client beforehand; and is executed by a craftsman’s own technique in jewelry making.

  • Production time takes 3.5 weeks on average. It starts when the client pays & approves the design. Clients will be informed if the jewelry is done or may take some time. If your jewelry needs to be made in less than 3.5 weeks,  a rush fee needs to be settled first.
  • Finished products will only be 85-90% identical to the previously made ones and to other design pegs when it is handcrafted. This is because tools, materials and techniques used are not always the same.

  • Finished products may not look exactly alike as how they appear in any photograph. This is due to the lighting of the photograph and digital retouches made to it.

  • Quotations of custom gold and silver jewelry items are valid for 30 days. This is because the materials may or may have already been sold, may have been sourced from a different supplier, may have changed due to market conditions.

SHIPPING

  • Shipping fees for gold products nationwide are covered by us. The declared value of insurance for LBC will be determined at our discretion unless specified otherwise. For worldwide shipping and silver items, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs, which will vary based on the recipient's location.

RETURNS AND REPAIRS

  • The purchased item may not be returned and its value refunded because the product is already done and suppliers have already been paid. The item may only be sent to us for the purposes of cleaning, for reattachment of stones without charge given that it is raised to our attention within one month of the delivery. Since the chain is not made by us (imported & ready-made), we cannot provide warranty for a broken chain as the chains from suppliers don’t give us warranty either. As part of our service, we can repair the client’s chain for a minimal fee because it also requires time to solder, polish and use our plating tools to repair it.

  • Rings made by us can be resized but we charge for resizing because it still requires our time to receive the item & handle with care, alter the ring, make sure stones are in place, polish, plate or even engrave and coordinate to send it back to you.

INFORMATION

  • The information provided by the client such as complete name, contact details and address must all be true and accurate only for the purpose of proper shipment of the product as well as other communications related to our business & collaborations with you.

  • Any other private information shared by both parties (Emildific and its clients) should remain confidential.
