How much are your products?
Prices vary based on design, metals, stones, and other factors. For a rough estimate, custom gold jewelry starts at ₱10,000 and up. Please share your budget limit with us, and we can recommend the best designs, metals, and stones to fit your needs or inform you if adjustments are necessary.
How much per gram of gold? How many grams of gold?
Since we create jewelry from start to finish, our pricing reflects the unique services involved. Please note that prices are not based solely on grams, as they also include labor costs, which vary depending on the complexity of the design, and the handling of staff to obtain materials like stones and chains. The prices of chains and stones may fluctuate based on availability and current market rates. While we can provide an estimate of the grams of metal used, the final price will not be calculated on a "per gram" basis.
Do you sell chains?
Yes, we offer chains to save you the hassle of sourcing them from multiple stores. However, we want to clarify that we do not specialize in chain retail; instead, we source our chains from suppliers who provide mass production quality overseas. We do not intentionally select low-quality chains, as most chains worldwide adhere to similar quality standards.
Please be aware that choosing a chain can be uncertain, much like a lottery, regarding its strength. We cannot assume responsibility for broken chains post-purchase, as manufacturers do not offer replacements. However, we are here to assist you with recommendations, potential repairs, or facilitating trade-ins for damaged chains.
What are the payment terms?
For custom-made jewelry, a 50% down payment is required before we begin production. The remaining balance is due upon notification that the item is ready for shipment. Please note that the item will not be released until the final payment has been received.

Which is better, 18 karat or 14 karat gold?

By characteristic, silver metal tarnishes when exposed to moisture, perfume, sweat, or acid. But with proper care and cleaning, your silver jewelry will be lustrous for more than 3 years.
Does your jewelry come with a box?
Yes. Aside from protecting the item, we want you to have the complete experience of unboxing your fine jewelry.
Are your gold jewelries pawnable?
Yes, our gold metal jewelries are valuable, therefore pawnable. But we have no control of how much pawn shops give value to it. Pawn shops give value according to how much they want to buy it from you so that they can sell to others. (Pawnshop is a business too.) So expect a lower value given by pawnshops.
Can I have my gold melted?
We do not melt your specific gold because our casting process necessitates new gold grains. Old gold often contains impurities, which can affect the quality of our final product. The process is called trade-in. Firstly send us the design you want to have made. We will quote the design for you. Second, send us the photo of your old jewelry you want to trade-in, give us its size, weight and karat. Then we shall deduct the value of your old jewelries from the total price of the new design. If you are not sure about the details of old jewelry, you may have to send over the jewelry to us for proper assessment. Valuation of old gold based on photos only is not absolute. We can only confirm the value of your old gold once we get ahold of them.

Do you engrave?
Yes it's free for wedding rings made by us. Do you have other jewelry pieces you want to be engraved? Please send the image of the engraving. If it's a text, please let us know the font you want from https://www.dafont.com. We shall quote the price and then you shall send (and pick up) the jewelry for engraving.

Can you duplicate a lost pair of earring (or anything I need to be copied)?
Yes, we have done this before. Share the photo, sizes and weight for an estimation of the quote. To start, usually clients send us the other pair that needs to be copied. This is important so that we can copy the size, the placing of the stones, the arrangements, etc. Please note that although we can copy your jewelry it will only be at 90% the same. This is because different jewelry smiths might have used different tools and techniques to create the same item, thus the slight difference on the output.
How do I clean my jewelries?
Prepare a glass with baking soda.
Boil water. (pour sa glass with baking soda)
Dip your jewelry for several minutes.
Wait for the jewelry to be clean again.
Wait for the water to cool before getting your Jewelries.
This works to remove deep seated dirts from your silver, gold and other metals.
Do you resize rings?
Of course! It encompasses various steps: receiving the ring, coordinating with the goldsmith, compensating for their labor, using tools and materials, applying liquid gold to plate the ring, and shipping the jewelry back to you. Additionally, this service disrupts our job order schedule to accommodate these alterations that is why we provide ring resizing services for a fee.
How can I determine my fiance's ring size without them knowing?
- Enlist the help of family or friends: Reach out to close relatives or friends who might know your fiancé's ring size. They can discreetly find out without raising suspicion.
- Consider a joint side trip to a department store with rings: Plan a casual viewing of rings in a department store. You can both explore rings and, in the process, discreetly have your partner's finger sized without giving away the surprise.
- Capture a picture: Take a close-up photo of their hand or fingers. Ensure it's clear and well-lit. You can show this to a jeweler who can offer guidance on approximate sizing.
